This course starts with basic theoretical knowledge and covers concepts, equipment and techniques related to digital photography. Topics such as photography basics, digital camera types, lens selection, lighting equipment are covered first. Then, in the application and practical work part, participants are offered the experience of taking photographs, emphasizing the basic composition rules, shooting techniques and the use of the exposure triangle. Aesthetic and Smile Analysis of the photos taken will be evaluated together with the participants, and in this section, topics such as facial analysis, dental aesthetics, symmetry and proportion in smile design will come to the fore.
In the Application and Practical section, participants will make photo shoot applications for one-to-one smile design. The impact of digital smile design on dental aesthetics, color, shape and symmetry factors, layered editing and retouching techniques are examined in detail. In the final part of the course, the role of smile design in communication, the use of digital tools in understanding and meeting patients' expectations, presentation and approval strategies are discussed.
