He was born in Konya/Ereğli in 1983. He completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in Antalya and began his undergraduate studies at Selçuk University Faculty of Dentistry in 2002. He completed his undergraduate education in 2007 and started his PhD in the Department of Prosthetic Dentistry at the same faculty in 2008. Between 2008 and 2009, he continued his doctoral education at the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Warsaw, Poland, as a visiting researcher. In 2013, he presented his doctoral thesis titled "The Effect of Different Mucosal Thicknesses on Stress Distribution in Two Types of Implant-Supported Overdenture Design" and left the same department in 2014 as a Research Assistant.

He served as an Assistant Professor at Istanbul Medipol University Faculty of Dentistry from 2014 to 2018. In 2018, he was appointed as an Assistant Professor at Bezmialem Vakıf University Faculty of Dentistry, and in 2020, he was promoted to Associate Professor at the same university. He currently serves as the Head of the Department at the same university.

He has participated in numerous national and international congresses and symposiums, presenting oral and poster presentations at these congresses. He continues his academic studies with domestic and foreign publications in his field. He is a member of the Turkish Prosthodontics and Implantology Association.
