Maxillary bone is one of the areas that show the fastest remodeling due to its trabecular structure. In order to be clinically advantageous in this remodeling process, additional approaches such as hard tissue and soft tissue augmentations, prosthetic manipulations and drilling modifications in implant surgery, as well as implant surface activation, will be discussed.
