Gökhan Dokumacıgil completed his primary and high school education in Gaziantep and then completed his undergraduate education at Sivas Cumhuriyet University Faculty of Dentistry in 2014. After graduating, he started practicing his profession in a private dental clinic in Istanbul, focusing mainly on restorative, endodontic, crown and bridge applications. After taking the Dentistry Specialization exam in 2015, he was accepted to Marmara University Faculty of Dentistry, Department of Restorative Dentistry and started his specialist training. During this period, he made various poster and oral presentations in Turkey and abroad, and won the “Best Aesthetic Case Poster Presentation” award at the Restorative Dentistry Association Congress in 2017 and the “Best Case Poster Presentation” award at the 9th ConsEuro Congress in Berlin in 2019. In 2019, he defended his thesis on “Comparison of bond strengths of adhesives with different solvent content” and earned the title of “Restorative Dentistry Specialist”. After completing his specialist training, he continued to practice his profession as a specialist dentist in Istanbul and conducted many case studies on aesthetic vision design, 3D digital restorations, composite and ceramic veneers, root canal treatment and porcelain restorations. In 2022, he spent 6 months in London, England and improved himself in communicating with foreign patients. He has academic articles in national and international journals on aesthetic composite restorations and minimally invasive dental treatments, and he makes various presentations and gives trainings to dentists on “Aesthetic anterior and posterior composite restorations, Cad-cam applications, Rubber-Dam applications and Dental photography”, mainly in Turkey and England.

In addition to dentistry, his biggest hobby is making 3D animation, graphic and video designs. He also provides content support to various companies on these subjects.

As of 2023, Gökhan Dokumacıgil has been performing dental microscope-assisted aesthetic and cosmetic dentistry applications, root canal (endodontic) treatments in his own clinic in Etiler, Istanbul, and offers treatments in various areas to his patients using Cad-Cam systems, digital anesthesia and 3D modeling technologies
