Furkan Özay was born in Kayseri.
He studied in Konya during his middle and high school years.
He graduated from Konya Hekimoğlu Anatolian High School with honors.
She completed her undergraduate education at Istanbul University Faculty of Dentistry.
He wrote his graduation thesis on ‘Radiotherapy in the head and neck region’.
During her undergraduate studies, she conducted research and observations on implant treatments and surgical procedures of radiotherapy patients.
After his undergraduate education, he started his PhD education at Istanbul University Oral Implantology Department.
Our physician, who is still actively involved in the same department, is currently working on his doctoral thesis on ‘Retrospective examination of Dental Implants applied after Sinus Lifting’.

During his PhD education, he participated in various domestic and international congresses.
In 2023, he presented his presentation on “Immediate Implants in the anterior region” at the International Team For Implantology Turkey Section meeting to his colleagues in a well-attended symposium.
He has focused his professional studies mainly on implant applications, immediate implant applications, immediate temporary tooth production after implant, seamless implant, surgically guided implant, sinus lifting, augmentation procedures with bone powder, botox, masseter, tooth tightening treatment, smile design, all on four, all on six implants and laminated, E-max applications.
As a clinician, he has been serving his patients in Nişantaş, Istanbul for years.
It also cares for private patients in Dubai with recognition from the Dubai Health Authority.
He is married to orthodontist Ayşegül Ural Özay and is the father of twin babies Mert & Berk.
